I’ve been a little under the weather lately, so I turned to one of my favourite natural remedies, a homemade oregano oil tonic that works quickly and gently.

Long before modern medicine, the Greeks and Romans reached for oregano as their healing herb. They believed it carried the warmth of the sun and the power to cleanse the body from within. The Recipe

You’ll need:
1 tsp good quality organic olive oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 tsp water
7 drops oregano oil

To make it:
In a small glass or cup, mix together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and water. Add the oregano oil and give it a gentle stir.

Take this three times a day and you’ll feel noticeably better in no time.
